Pet Care Service @ Home Pet Care - Minding Pet

Conditions of service: The parties hereto agree as follows:

Before any pet care is provided in the comfort of your own home, you shell understand and accept the following:

1. Minding Pet Care accept no responsibility for negligence of any kind to home or pets where entry to premises is given to a relative, neighbour, friend, cleaner, tradesman or real estate agents.

2. The owner shall provide all food, medication, litter for cats and usual treatments necessary to provide the pet service at your home at the cost of the client.

3. The client shall provide all keys or codes required to access the property

4. The client agrees to pay upfront for services to be provided for pet/pets at their home

5. It is understood that a Long Weekend and a Public Holiday surcharge is levied at 25% of applicable daily fees

6. The owner shall provide mobile number or contact in case of emergency, and vet contacts.

7. The client agrees to pay for all necessary vet visits, additional food and out of pocket expenses relating to services of pets or home

8. Divine Dream Pet Care would not take any responsibilities to any damage caused to a third party, either animal or human or fines by council, police or other authorities due to animal behaviour (example: excessive barking)

9. If pet is kept outside the family home, Divine  Dream Pet Care would not take any responsibility if animal’s gone missing and the cost of retrieving any missing animal will be owner’s responsibility

10. Divine Dream Pet Care hours are from 6am – 8pm throughout the year

11. Divine Dream Pet Care agree to provide the services stated in this contract in reliable and trustworthy manner
